How a tunnel is constructed:

  1. Start with the acrylic sheet....
  2. Choose the right sized former for the tunnel....
  3. Once it has been removed from the oven the panel cools and stays in shape....
  4. Then its polished and packaged for transport....
  5. The panels are then assembled on-site and bonded to the walls and each other....
  6. Once all panels are installed they are highly polished....
  7. Completed tunnel !!!
